Named one of "Five Editors To Watch" by Moviemaker Magazine, Sasha Dylan Bell is an Emmy award-nominated film & television editor, known for his genre versatility and strong story sense.
In addition to hundreds of series episodes & short form projects, Bell has edited the feature drama Face To Face, directed by Michael Rymer (American Horror Story) and written by David Williamson (The Year of Living Dangerously). The film went on to win over 37 international awards and earned two best editor nominations. Other features work includes the romantic-adventure, The Rendezvous, directed by Amin Matalqa and starring Stana Katic (Castle) & Raza Jaffrey (Code Black). Also the comedy, Blackmail, written & directed by Antony J. Bowman and starring Dov Davidoff (Crashing) & Taryn Manning (Orange Is The New Black) and the action-thriller feature The Assassin's Code, directed by David A. Armstrong and starring Peter Stormare (Fargo).
Bell has been nominated with a Creative Arts Emmy, along with two Australian Screen Editors Guild (ASE) awards and won 'best editor' at the Fantastic Cinema Festival for the acclaimed musical-comedy short, Emo (The Musical), recently developed into a feature film.
Currently he is editing on the drama series David Makes Man, by oscar-winning creator, Tarell Alvin McCraney (Moonlight).
